Metatron can only be purchased from the IPP Japan‘s authorized dealers.

We want to alert you to the presence of unauthorized dealers that sell second-hand products disguised as new or products without warranties.

If you purchase a non-genuine Metatron, you will not be eligible for free warranty benefits in case of product failure, version upgrades, user seminar participation, or any other supports follow-up related to its use.

The bio-resonance quantum analysis system -Metatron is not a medical device, and it should not be considered as a substitute for diagnosis by a doctor or a qualified medical professional. It cannot be used for identifying, diagnosing, or treating specific diseases or organ-related issuses.

Instead, Metatron is designed for daily health management and falls outside the scope of various laws related to medical practices and pharmaceutical affairs. It provides various information for health management according to customers ‘preferences.

The responsibility for final decisions regarding health lies with the customers. If you have any concerns or questions about health issues, it is advised that you should consult a doctor or a medical institution. Metatron employs extremely low frequencies in a delicate magnetic field, analyzes and processes a vase research database established at the Institute of Practical Psychophysics (IPP). This allows Metatron to be able to visualize different states of the body`s entropy but the accuracy is not guaranteed to be 100%.

Metatron was developed in Russia. It is considered a biological information measurement and analysis device that based on quantum entropy theory, which supports Oriental medicine, Chinese medicine, Ayurvedic medicine, and other traditional and wave therapy.

Information about Counterfeit product

On the IPP Hongkong website, there is a dedicated page listing counterfeit and imitation product of Metatron which is developed by IPP.

These counterfeit products may look similar to genuine ones on the surface but lack proper function and performance, making them potentially dangerous to use.

If customers come across products that they suspect might be counterfeit or imitation, they are encouraged to reach out to the IPP support center at support@jppjapan.jp.

The support team will investigate the authenticity of the product and provide a response regarding its genuineness.

Privacy policy

IPP Japan (hereinafter referred to as “our company”) has established this privacy policy (hereinafter as “this policy”) to regulate the management of users ‘personal information while they use the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as “this service”)

Article 1: Personal information

In this policy, the term “personal information” encompasses the definition provided by the Personal Information Protection Law. It includes information about a living individual, such as their name, address, phone number, contact information. This definition also extends to data that can specifically identify an individual, including information related to fingerprints, voiceprints, and the data that alone can identify a specific person such as insurance number on the insurance card.

Article 2: How personal information is collected

Our company may ask users to provide their personal information when they register on this website. This information may include Name, Day of birth, Address, Email, Bank number, Credit Card number, Driver`s license number, and other relevant details. Furthermore, transaction record and payment-related information, which may include the user`s personal information, generated between users and our business partners (information providers, advertisers, etc,.) will be shared with these partners (hereinafter referred to as “Partners”).

Article 3: Purpose of collecting and using personal information.

The following are the purposes for which our company collects and uses personal information.

1. For the provision and operation of our services.
2. To respond to inquires from users, including identify verification.
3. To send emails about new functions, updates, campaign, and other services offered by our company
4. To contact user as necessary related about maintenance and important notices.
5. To identify users who have violated the Term of Service or those who attempt to use the service for illegal and unjust purposes, and to refuse their use.
6. To allow users to view, modify, or delete their own registered information and access their usage status.
7. To bill users for usage fees in paid services.
8. For purposes incidental to the purposes mentioned above.

Article 4: Change of purpose of use.

1. Our company will change the purpose of using personal information only if the new purpose is reasonably recognized to be relevant to the original one for which the information was collected.
   
   
2. In case the purpose of use is changed, the revised purpose will be notified to the user through appropriate means or announced on this website, as prescribed by our company.

Article 5: Provision of Personal Information to Third parties.

1. Our company commits not to give user’s personal information to third parties without obtaining the prior consent of the user, except in the following cases. However, this excludes cases permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws and regulations.
   
   
   1. When it is neccessary to protect a person’s life, body or property, and it is difficult to obtain the person’s consent.
      
      
   2. When it is paricularly neccessary to improve public health or promote education for children and it is difficult to obain the consent of the individual.
      
      
   3. When it is neccessary to cooperate with a national agency, a local government, or a person entrusted by them in carrying out affairs stipulated by laws and regulations, and obtaining the consent of the person concerned would pose a risk of hindrance.
      
      
   4. When the following matters have been announced or disclosed in advance, and our company has notified the Personal Information Protection
      
      Comission:
      1. Including provision to third parties in the purpose of use.
      2. Items of data provided to third parties.
      3. Means or method of provision to third parties.
      4. Stopping the provision of personal informaiton to third parties at the request of the perrson.
      5. Method of accepting person’s request.
         
         
2. Notwithstanding the provision of the preceding paragraph, in the following cases, the recipient of personal information is not to fall under a third party.
   
   1. Our company entrusts a person with all or part of the handling personal information within the scope necessary for achieving the purpose of use.
      
      
   2. The personal information is provided as part of a business succession due to merger or other reasons.
      
      
   3. When personal information is jointly used with a specific person, in which case, the fact of joint usage, the items of personal information to be jointly used, the scope of joint users, and the purpose of joint useage, along with the name of the person responsible for managing personal information was notifed to the user in advance or placed in a state where the person can easily access this information.
      
      

Article 6: Disclosure of personal information

1. When a person requests disclosure of their personal information, we will promtly provide the requested information. However, if the disclosure falls under any of the following circumstances, we may not disclose all or part of the information. In such case, we will promptly notify the requesting person without delay. Please note that a fee of 1000 yen will be charged for each disclosure of personal information.
   
   
   1. When there is a risk of harming the life, body, property or other rights and interests of the person or a third party.
   2. When there is a risk of significant hindrance to the proper implementation of our business.
   3. When the disclosure would violate laws.
      
      
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in principle, information other than personal information, such as browsing history and user preferences, will not be subject to disclosure.

Article 7: Correction and Deletion of Personal information.

1. In case the personal information held by our company is found to be incorrect, the user can request to correct, add or delete (hereinafter referred to as “correction, etc.”) their personal information following the procedures specified by our company.
   
   
2. When receiving a request from the user as described in the preceding paragraph and determining that it is necessary to respond to that request, we will promptly correct the personal information without delay.
   
   
3. When our company makes corrections, etc. based on the provision of the preceding paragraph, or decides not to make corrections, etc., we will notify the user without delay.

Article 8: Suspension of Use of Personal Information

1. When a person requests for the Suspension or deletion (hereinafter referred to as “suspension of use, etc.”) of the use of Personal information for the reason that the information was found to be used outside the scope of the Purpose of Use or be collected by an unjust means, our company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
   
   
2. If it is determined that it is necessary to respond to the request based on the result of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, we will stop using the personal information without delay.
   
   
3. If our company suspends use, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or if it decides not to suspend, etc., we will notify the user without delay.
   
   
4. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, in cases where suspension of use, etc. would incur substantial costs or other cases in which suspension of use, etc. is difficult, necessary alternative measures to protect the rights and interests of the user will be taken if feasible.

Article 9: Change in Privacy Policy

1. This policy can be changed without prior notification to the user, except where laws and regulations or other specific provisions in the policy require otherwise.
   
   
2. Unless otherwise specified by our company, the revised policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
